No. Cloud is...thought he was a SOLIDER, someone who went through a very specialized program and augmentation. He went through something else.

Vincent was a Turk- I recognize all the training. He's now...something else.

...well, Sephiroth out and out said it. He's the one who made them. The Remnants. Their names are Kadaj and Yazoo.
